I recently had a new customer sign up with me to enter my Fitness Challenge! Anyway, as I was walking her through setting up her online fitness profile, I gave her instructions to calculate her body fat percentage and asked her to take specific measurements to help track her progress. NO TAPE MEASURER, you say??? NO PROBLEM!
Here’s a great way you can take your measurements! If you have a Ruler or Measuring tape for your home projects and a Piece of long string!
Wrap the string around the object you want to measure, then mark it or pinch it where the measurement ends… hold it up against a ruler or measuring tape and VOILA!
