I believe we need to have balance in our lives in order to experience overall good health. I also believe that without a strong anchor point, our lives can easily sway off balance. For me, my anchor is my God, my Savior Jesus Christ. Being first and foremost a child of God gives me the strength, perspective and wisdom to be all the things I am; a mom of 2, wife for 14 years, mentor, trainer, visionary, leader and student.
I love to meet people everyday, learn what makes them passionate and share common interests. Health and fitness is a huge part of who I am. I believe we were given 1 body for 1 purpose to glorify 1 creator by the way we live and take care of ourselves and others.
