We each have a body given to us by God. Isn’t it our responsibility to take care of it? That’s what Paul tells us to do in Romans 12:1 when he writes –
“And so, dear brothers and sisters, I
plead with you to give your bodies to
God because of all he has done for you.
Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—
the kind he will find acceptable.
This is truly the way to worship him.”
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

When we TRAIN ourselves to live DISCIPLINED lives, taking care of our health, promoting positive habits and encouraging one another to do the same, we can live a more DISCIPLINED life spiritually, devoting ourselves to improving our personal development, relationships and ultimately…..PLEASING in God’s sight!
