NO EXCUSES

“The Bigger Your WHY…. the Smaller the Excuse”

In the 13 years of my experience in the Fitness Industry, I’ve heard just about every excuse you can think of when it comes to working out and eating right!!

  1. I don’t have enough time
  2. I can’t get to a gym
  3. I can’t afford it
  4. I don’t know where to start
  5. I can’t stay motivated
  6. I hurt my foot, arm, back
  7. I’m feeling a bit under the weather
  8. I don’t have enough energy
  9. Oh and the winner excuse I recently heard was, I just don’t want to ruin my hairdo…. REALLY??

Get the picture???    Well I can spend all day over analyzing each excuse and writing about each excuse and how to overcome it but that’s not what this page is about.

This is about …. “The Bigger Your WHY…. the Smaller the Excuse” ….PERIOD.  This Page is dedicated to the people that don’t know the meaning of “Can’t” because they overcame what other’s though would be impossible!!

I want to Share Their Success Stories… with YOU!  These are my Friends, Family, Accountability Partners and fellow LIFE Enthusiasts.  Care to share your story?  Contact me Today!  I’d love to hear about it!
